The unique space in the basement of the Klub Starý pivovar (the “Old Brewery Club”) is dedicated to the to the life and work of Karel Kryl, a native of Kroměříž. The exhibition is interesting both for those who have already met this exceptional personality in the past, and for those who are just getting to know him. Karel Kryl was an important figure in the musical, literary, journalistic, and social life and the aim of this exhibition is to pay tribute to this unique and exceptional man. The exhibition shows his work which was joyful, witty, poetic and at the same time full of sadness, sarcasm, and disillusionment. The unusual space, where the exhibition is located, places emphasis above all on emotions and on the atmosphere that the whole multimedia experience creates. How you embrace the whole experience is only up to you.
